2013年3月11日，日本東洋學術出版社會長山本勝司於台灣大學國際會議廳與黃碧松中醫師對談台灣鍼灸的特點，對談內容從400多年前明清時代，日本殖民時期，1949年國民政府入台，直至現代台灣鍼灸的歷史、教育、考試制度、流派、代表人物、對國民健康的貢獻、未來展望，台灣中醫師只能用純中醫的方法診斷與治病，如此特殊的際遇，台灣有機會成為精緻純一的中醫藥與鍼灸的聖殿。

Abstract:
On March 11, 2013 Yamamoto Katsuji (山本勝司), Chairman of the Toyo Academic
Press (日本東洋學術出版社) met with Dr. Huang Bi-Song in the International Conference
Hall of National Taiwan University to discuss thecharacteristics of
acupuncture in Taiwan. The discussion covered the time from theMing
and Qing dynasties of 400 years ago through the Japanese colonial periodin
Taiwan and the entrance of Nationalist government in 1949 all the way
up topresent day. Topics included history, education, examination system,
schools ofthought, representatives of acupuncture, contribution to the
health of the people,and future outlook of acupuncture in Taiwan. Chinese
medicine doctors in Taiwanmay only use pure Chinese medicine in diagnosis
and treatment of disease, thusproviding a special encounter. Taiwan
has the opportunity to be a temple of puretraditional Chinese medicine
and acupuncture.
