摘要 :
實驗目的:
在本論文中,我們擬透過實驗來瞭解鍼灸之特定穴位-足三里與對應器官,以及與大腦間之關連性,並以現代醫學方式來理解並研究鍼灸達成療效的機制和人體經絡之走向。
實驗方法:
我們利用單光子放射電腦斷層掃描(Single Photon Emission Computed Tomography, SPECT)來探測六位正常人進行鍼刺足三里前後腦血流灌注(CBF)之改變。本論文中,以99mTc-ECD標誌放射藥物,將放射性製劑注入測試人體後,偵測鍼刺足三里穴位鍼刺前及鍼刺後在大腦相應區域引起的反應情況。由於單光子放射電腦斷層掃描比平面造影有較高偵測率,故透過合併電腦斷層攝影及單光子造影之核醫儀器則可進一步定位在腦部之反應位置。
實驗結果:
經實驗發現,鍼刺右側足三里,可使腦部左側血流產生顯著性的改變,特別在腦部前葉以及小腦的部分,在鍼刺前後具有顯著性的差異。
實驗討論:
我們推測這樣的血流改變影響了腦部細胞攜氧量的變化,此外,更進一步的調節腦部神經傳遞物質的分泌,以達到治療的功效。
The effects of acupuncture
at points "Zusanli" by interpretation of a brain SPECT cereberal
perfusion imaging agent in the brain

Abstract
The main purpose of this research is to understand the correlation between
activationof specific areas of brain cortices and corresponding acupoint
stimulationpredicted by ancient acupuncture literature, and so as to
further understand themechanisms of acupuncture. Here, we have 6 people
to test the effects ofacupunctureat points "Zusanli" (ST-36),
by using single-photon emission computerizedtomography (SPECT). Interpretation
of a brain SPECT using 99mTc-ECD labeledcerebral perfusion imaging agent
in the brain. Based on our results, we foundthat after acupuncture at
the right side of Zusanli, blood flow in left cerebral offrontal lobe
and cerebellum are increased. This result suggests that the stimulationof
acupuncture in Zusanli may induce oxygen transport, and further regulatessome
neurotransmitters to balance our body and to achieve the effectiveness
oftreatment.
