摘要 :
顳顎障礙症是臨床上普遍存在，卻又經常被醫師或病人有意無意忽略
的問題，可以說是一個醫療的死角。大多數的醫師碰到了可能是以開藥，
轉診為主。就算在牙科做了咬合板，主要的症狀顳顎關節痛也常常不易解
決。本文希望對一般醫師，介紹一種綜合針灸、中藥及快速有效的手法矯
正的三合一療法。期望能夠對臨床上一般醫師感覺陌生而又棘手的顳顎障
礙症，建立一套簡易有效的治療方式。

Abstract
Temporomandibular disorder (TMD) is a prevalent disease in the general
population.
However, it is not treated as it should be either by the patient or
doctor
intentionally or unintentionally. Therefore, it seems to be a dark corner
in the
health care professionals. Most dentists will prescribe medication for
it or simply
refer the patient to specialists. Even if a patient receives occlusal
plane therapy at
a dental clinic, it is no guarantee in many instances for the relief
of TMJ pain. The
main purpose of this article is to introduce to the practitioners of
Chinese Medicine
an easy, speedy and effective multidimensional therapy for the management
of
TMD. It is composed of acupuncture, herbal formula and a manual correction
named the spironic technique developed by an experienced osteopath Ross
Keen.
Here, author wish to introduce a combination of treatments to make an
effective
resolution for TMD which is a tenacious ailment for both clinicians
and patient.
